John Francis, the owner and principal of JF SEARCH, has over 15 years of progressive success in executive recruiting. Working across numerous industries, functions, and employee levels, John has focused on identifying, qualifying, and attracting exceptional individuals who, at every level, make a positive difference for their new employers.

John graduated with Honors in 1982 from Gonzaga University’s School of Business Administration. He began working for IBM Corporation during his senior year of college. He spent the next 10 years acquiring business experience and acumen in a number of companies before transitioning his career to search in 1992. In 1999, John became a part-owner/partner of 1ExecStreet in San Francisco, CA and in 2005 launched JF SEARCH.

John’s interpersonal skills, curiosity, analytical nature, and desire to make a positive difference have served his clients well.
